Articles on Motivational Interviewing with patients with severe mental illness (most of these articles pertain to schizophrenia). I know that at least some of Kate Carey's articles are practical and clinically-oriented. I don't know the extent to which the others are descriptive of the adaptations made for schizophrenia patients.
