  • Guidelines from the Case Management Society of America for improving patient adherence to medication therapies. Chapter 9 focuses on Motivational Interviewing for health behavior change. While it is focused on health behavior, it offers helpful tips for using MI in a case management framework where each contact may be brief and you are not in a "therapeutic" role.
