Decisional Balance, Change Plan Worksheet, Values Card Sort, and other materials may be found near the bottom of the "Library" page on the MI website.

Also on the "Library" page, you will also find a link to the Motivational Interviewing Treatment Integrity measure (MITI). See how they rate "empathy" and "spirit" as an aid in self-supervision (ignore the behavior counts).

All of the substance abuse treatment manuals listed on my resources page include exercises for eliciting change talk.

The newly published materials describing the "MI Sandwich" assessment session may be found here. They are geared toward supervisors training front-line staff.
