12/4/07: The video we listened to on the call is available here. It includes an interview with Bill Miller, a session of about 40 minutes in length with "Soccer Mike," and then an additional interview with Miller debriefing the MI session, with questions from an audience of treatment professionals. You can get CE credit for viewing it at psychotherapy.net.
