State of Louisiana Office for Addictive Disorders and Office of Mental Health

12/4/07: The video we listened to on the call is available here. It includes an interview with Bill Miller, a session of about 40 minutes in length with "Soccer Mike," and then an additional interview with Miller debriefing the MI session, with questions from an audience of treatment professionals. You can get CE credit for viewing it at psychotherapy.net.

11/27/07: By request - some recommended reading on Cognitive-Behavior therapy as recommended by members of the Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies (ABCT) email discussion list. I haven't personally read these.

Learning Cognitive-Behavior Therapy: An Illustrated Guide (expensive, but comes with a DVD)

Making Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Work: Clinical Processes for New Practitioners

11/7/07: I will continue to add and/or highlight resources as needed for the followup calls.

8/10/07: Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality and for bearing with me through my laryngitis!

Because of the overlap in session attendance, I'm including the "intro" and "supervisor" materials all on the same page. I will add more materials soon. Links outside my website open in a new window!
